01. Important Information When Using the Room
Check-in time: 3:00 PM / Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday / Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and the day before a public holiday
Peak Season: Based on real-time reservations
Smoking and fire-risk activities are strictly prohibited inside the room.
An additional charge of 20,000 KRW applies for guests over 24 months old.
Campfires are allowed for nighttime use until 10:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
Visitors other than the reserved guests are not permitted.
Please check the refund policy before making a reservation.
Grill and charcoal usage fee is 30,000 KRW for up to 6 people.

Deposit Waiting Time After Reservation: 12 hours
(Reservation will be automatically canceled if the waiting time is exceeded.)
Same-Day Reservations: Check-in is possible after deposit is completed.
If the reservation name and deposit name are different, please contact us for confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the deposit name, excluding transfer fees and cancellation penalties according to the refund policy.
Cancellations, date changes, or same-day cancellations after deposit are considered cancellations, and cancellation penalties will apply according to the refund policy.
Refund Conditions
On the day of use or the day before: No refund, date changes are not possible.
2 days before: No refund, date changes are not possible.
3 days before: 50% refund, date changes are not possible.
4-5 days before: Cancellation fee applies.
6-7 days before: 90% refund, date changes are not possible.
After reservation: 10% cancellation fee deducted.
